Veien ble bygget uten tillatelse i 2014, og kjent ulovlig i 2020. Etter klager fra grunneier ble veien likevel godkjent i 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturvernforbundet engasjerte derfor advokater i D\u00e6hlin Sand Advokatfirma for \u00e5 ta saken til Landbruks- og matdepartementet, som er \u00f8verste myndighet for skogsbilveier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De siste fem \u00e5rene har Naturvernforbundet Hordaland jobbet intensivt og m\u00e5lrettet for \u00e5 stanse grunneiere og utbyggere som \u00f8delegger Bergensnatur under dekke av \u00e5 lage skogsbilveier. Veiene som anlegges er i flere tilfeller rene dumpingplasser for forurensede masser, noe Naturvernforbundet utf\u00f8rlig har dokumentert blant annet p\u00e5 Fanafjellet, Hylke, Hordnes, Helgeseter, Bontveit-Hausdalen nord og Espeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I v\u00e5r fikk vi flere viktige gjennombrudd i arbeidet for \u00e5 stanse denne alvorlige formen for milj\u00f8kriminalitet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>April: Statsforvalteren i Vestland ga oss medhold i at det var ulovlig \u00e5 dumpe 19.000 m3 masser p\u00e5 Helgeseter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mai: Byr\u00e5det i Bergen kommune konkluderte med at flere kilometer skogsbilvei p\u00e5 Fanafjellet er ulovlig bygget og m\u00e5 fjernes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturvernforbundet Hordaland fortsetter arbeidet med \u00e5
