They learn to gather seeds from local wildflowers and transform empty lawns into flower fields where bumblebees and bees can eat and thrive.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 25%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>With the flower field as a specific example, the students get a practical and exploratory way to gain knowledge about basic connections in nature.
