Planforslaget stimulerer til et gammeldags og ikke-b\u00e6rekraftig arbeids- og bosettingsm\u00f8nster samt en massiv vekst i personbiltrafikken. Reguleringsplanen inneb\u00e6rer et grovt brudd p\u00e5 lokale, regionale og nasjonale m\u00e5lsettinger og m\u00e5 fullstendig revideres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturvernforbundet Hordaland reagerer p\u00e5 planforslaget, som&nbsp;er et klart brudd&nbsp;med Klimaforliket og Nasjonal Transportplan 2014.
