Den tredje temakvelden om gr\u00f8nt h\u00e5p hadde tittelen Fr\u00e5 \u00f8kosorg til \u00f8koh\u00e5p. Leif Gunnar Engedal, professor i sjelesorg og religionspsykologi ved Menighetsfakultetet og rettleiar ved Modum Bad gjennom mange \u00e5r, innleidde om temaet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi er i ei omveltingstid. Den store samanhengen er under ein stor trussel, og for mange er dette som ei tung b\u00f8r som g\u00e5r p\u00e5 helsa og livet laust. Dei siste 5 -10 \u00e5ra har Engedal m\u00f8tt menneske som kjenner stor sorg for den smerta som Moder Jord no lever med, og det er noko nytt. Naturen er ikkje verdsett p\u00e5 ein slik m\u00e5te at ein syrgjer n\u00e5r han g\u00e5r tapt. Dette er ei einsam sorg utan kollektive riter som ein har tradisjon for, og for oss som har levd ei stund, ogs\u00e5 bunde saman med ei skuldkjensle over \u00e5 vera delaktige i krisa  ved \u00e5 vera borgarar i eit samfunn som bidreg til krisa. Unders\u00f8kingar og forsking viser at ein stor del av den yngre generasjon er redde for framtida, og i ei unders\u00f8king av 10000 unge fr\u00e5 ulike land svarar s\u00e5 mange som 4 av 10 spurde i Europa  at dei ikkje ynskjer \u00e5 setja barn til verda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Korleis skal vi m\u00f8te denne \u00f8kosorga? Det er viktig \u00e5 respektere og anerkjenne kjenslene hj\u00e5 personar som slit. Pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 forst\u00e5, lytte, ta seg god tid. \u00c5 sj\u00e5 etter mulegheiter, finne det som gjev meining. \u00c5leine er b\u00f8ra tung. Etter kvart er kome i gang samtalegrupper der \u00f8kosorg er tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi m\u00e5 innsj\u00e5 at vi er p\u00e5 veg inn i ein ny tid der vi kollektivt m\u00e5 tenkje annleis. Vi m\u00e5 vise at vi kan greie oss med mindre og glede oss over dei n\u00e6re ting. Kunst , kultur, litteratur, og ikkje minst opne sinn og sansar for rikdommen i naturen. Kortreiste gleder som berikar det \u00e5 vera menneske. Engedal prata ogs\u00e5 om gleda ved forsaking og utsetjing av behovstilfredsstilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det skjer ogs\u00e5 positive endringar \u00abder ute\u00bb. Gode nyheiter er viktig \u00e5 f\u00e5 fram for at vi ikkje skal bli apatiske og miste alt h\u00e5p, utan at det blir ei sovepute for at vi held fram som f\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
