V\u00e5re gode samarbeidspartnere L\u00e5gendeltaets venner samler de beste i landet for \u00e5 belyse alle sider av L\u00e5gendeltaet-saken: juridiske sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l, fakta om L\u00e5gendeltaet (naturtap, klimatap, forvaltningsprosesser, veibygging) samt verdisp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hva er vern verdt? Milj\u00f8direktoratet ga avslag p\u00e5 s\u00f8knad om dispensasjon fra verneforskriften for \u00e5 bygge motorvei gjennom L\u00e5gendeltaet naturreservat. N\u00e5 har regjeringen sagt at de likevel vil bygge ny firefelts motorvei med 110 km\/t tvers gjennom naturreservatet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regjeringen legger opp til \u00e5 endre selve verneforskriften, lovens strengeste naturvern, slik at veien likevel kan bygges! P\u00e5 symposiet reises det sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l fra fagfolk om hvorvidt dette er i samsvar med lovens intensjon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
