H\u00f8ringsinnspill til Ringsakers arealplan<\/h1>\n\n

Ringsaker har hatt h\u00f8ring for kommunedelplanens arealdel med h\u00f8ringsfrist 10. januar. Lokallaget i Hamar og omegn har sendt inn h\u00f8ringssvar. <\/p><\/div>\n\n

Ringsaker er Innlandets mest folkerike kommune, og kommunen i landet med flest hytter. Dette er noe av grunnen til at Ringsaker er en viktig kommune \u00e5 jobbe opp mot. Det er positiv trend i dokumentene, med viktige innstramminger p\u00e5 nedbygging av myr og matjord. Likevel legges det opp til \u00e5 fortsatt bygge nye hytter i hele kommunen, med 2600-2700 nye hytter inne i planen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi mener at arealplanforslaget fortsatt har en for stor tomtereserve for fritidsboliger. P\u00e5 et eller annet tidspunkt m\u00e5 den massive hytteutbyggingen her i landet bremse opp. Dersom tap av natur skal stoppe, og arealn\u00f8ytralitet noen gang skal oppn\u00e5s, er kommunenes arealpolitikk n\u00e5r det gjelder hyttebygging helt avgj\u00f8rende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturvernforbundet tilr\u00e5r en klarere prioritering av de st\u00f8rre tettstedene Brumunddal, Moelv og Hamar (Stavsberg). Det er fra f\u00f8r avsatt romslig med arealer i grendesentra, og vi g\u00e5r mot \u00e5 utvide disse ytterligere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vi merker oss ogs\u00e5 at n\u00e6ringsomr\u00e5det Innlandet handelspark er foresl\u00e5tt utvidet \u00f8stover. Vi tolker dette som at kommunen vil fortsette med \u00e5 legge til rette for mer plasskrevende handelsvirksomhet langs E6, en utvikling som etter v\u00e5rt syn allerede er g\u00e5tt for langt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturavtalen i Montreal forplikter oss til \u00e5 verne 30 % og restaurere 30 % av \u00f8delagt natur innen 2030. Avtalen sier ogs\u00e5 at all natur skal forvaltes b\u00e6rekraftig. Naturavtalen m\u00e5 legge rammene rundt all arealforvaltning i de viktige \u00e5rene framover. Som en stor og folkerik kommune b\u00f8r Ringsaker vise veg og vedta m\u00e5l om arealn\u00f8ytralitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
