M\u00e5let var (fra plandokumentet): &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab2.2. Overordna m\u00e5l i klima og energiplanen Klimagassutslepp i Hallingdal og Valdres skal pr \u00e5rsinnbyggjar reduserast med 5 % innan 2012, med 30 % innan 2020 og 50% innan 2030 i h\u00f8ve til utsleppa i 2006. Det er m\u00e5l om 15 % reduksjon i energibruk pr. m2 i bygg basert p\u00e5 el og olje, innan 2012. Tilsvarande 20% reduksjon i 2020\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8ystre-Slidre hadde sin egen klimaplan for perioden 2009-2013. M\u00e5l for reduserte utslipp for denne perioden var 7%. If\u00f8lge avisartikkelen hadde kommunen en topp i 2013 og 1% \u00f8kning over hele perioden fra 2009 til 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av de seks Valdres kommuner har to kommuner en oppdatert energi- og klimaplan. De \u00f8vrige har if\u00f8lge deres planstrategi for kommende periode planer om \u00e5 utarbeide klimaplaner. Det som er interessant \u00e5 merke seg er at det ikke er noe klar sammenheng mellom endringer i utslipp og om kommunen har en klimaplan. To av de kommuner som ikke har en plan (Nord-Aurdal og Vestre-Sidre), hadde st\u00f8rst reduksjon i utslipp av klimagasser. S\u00f8r-Aurdal kommune, med klimaplan hadde den st\u00f8rste \u00f8kning av klimagassutslipp, dvs. med 2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noe av tanken med felles prosjektet for Hallingdal og Valdres var \u00e5 etablere en s\u00e5kalt Gr\u00f8nn region. Kommunaldepartementet hadde tatt initiativ til prosjektet \u00abGr\u00f8nne energikommuner\u00bb hvor man ville bruke n\u00e6rmere 30 millioner koner slik at opptil 20 kommuner skulle f\u00e5 hentet inn kompetansen for \u00e5 utvikle kommunene til milj\u00f8fyrt\u00e5rn med helhetlige planer&nbsp;&nbsp; for energieffektivisering og reduksjon av klimagassutslipp. Man m\u00e5 sp\u00f8rre seg om effekten har svart til forventningene og pengebruken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klimautfordringene er store og sammensatte. Det blir helt avgj\u00f8rende for \u00e5 komme n\u00e6rmere de m\u00e5l man har satt seg, at alle jobber sammen om dette. Jordbruket f\u00f8rer sammen med veitrafikken til st\u00f8rst utslipp, ca. 34% av total utslipp (tall for jordbruk i Nord-Aurdal kommune). Mens utslipp fra veitrafikk har g\u00e5tt ned, er utslipp fra jordbruk uforandret. Det er en krevende utfordring. Fremtidige arealinngrep er en annen vesentlig faktor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Min oppfordring er til avisa: fortsett \u00e5 jobbe med klima som tema for fremtidige artikler, gjerne i samme \u00e5nd som artikkelserien \u00abHytteparadokset\u00bb. Og til de som har sterke meninger om dette, delta i debatt!
