Der vurderes kvaliteten p\u00e5 de biologiske unders\u00f8kelsene i 20 sm\u00e5krafts\u00f8knader i forbindelse med utredning og konsekvensvurderinger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapporten er s\u00e6rdeles nedsl\u00e5ende. Konsulentene som var hyret inn av kraftutbyggerne for \u00e5 registrere naturverdier fant lite, mens fagekspertisen gjorde mange registreringer av verdifull natur og r\u00f8dlista arter.
