Rundt 30 personer deltok p\u00e5 turen, b\u00e5de barn og voksen. I teinene som Skei hadde lagt ut i myrdammen var det kommet b\u00e5de stor og sm\u00e5 salamander, som guiden fortalte grundig om. Det ble mange nye bekjentskaper f\u00f8r salamandrene igjen ble sluppet ut i det fri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nearadio.no\/stjordal-malvik\/kultur\/storsalamandersafari-med-naturvernforbundet\/19.19541\">Jon Kristian Skei og Marina G\u00f6rtz i Naturvernforbundet ble intervjuet av Nea Radio om turen.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Storsalamanderen er en truet art som Stj\u00f8rdal har p\u00e5tatt seg et spesielt ansvar for \u00e5 verne. Forekomstene i Stj\u00f8rdal ligger helt i ytterkant av storsalamanderens utbredelse p\u00e5 verdensbasis. I Tr\u00f8ndelag har den tilhold i fisketomme myrdammer og tjern med god vannkvalitet og gunstige leveomr\u00e5der, med overvintringsmuligheter, p\u00e5 land rundt dammen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Myrene ved Frig\u00e5rden er truet av utbygging av Hell Arena og testanlegg for milit\u00e6re kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y.
