Ellers inneholder skogomr\u00e5det edell\u00f8vskog av typen or-ask. Diverse r\u00f8dlistearter er allerede registrert. Bekken har en god \u00f8kologisk tilstand, og \u00f8rreten som&nbsp;&nbsp;fremdeles gyter i bekken nedenfor er s\u00e5rbar for p\u00e5virkninger som ikke er til \u00e5 unng\u00e5 under etablering og drift av omr\u00e5det.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Ingen av disse kvalitetene kan reetableres etter at omr\u00e5det er fylt av steinmasser.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Matjorda er av h\u00f8yeste verdiklasse og er i god drift og har en god arrondering.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Det vil bli umulig \u00e5 rehabilitere omr\u00e5det bare ved \u00e5 legge matjord tilbake p\u00e5 toppen av en slik masseutfylling Dessuten vil det ta det mange \u00e5r \u00e5 f\u00e5 opparbeidet jorda. I 2009 ble det inng\u00e5tt opsjonsavtaler med de st\u00f8rste grunneierne i omr\u00e5det og Horten kommune ble orientert. Saken var nevnt i planprogrammet til arealdelen av kommuneplanen i Horten f\u00f8rst i 2010. Hverken de andre ber\u00f8rte grunneierne, de fleste politikerne, organisajoner eller media fikk orientering om saken f\u00f8r dette. Saken syntes \u00e5 v\u00e6re s\u00e5 godt som spikret da arealdelen av kommuneplanen ble sendt p\u00e5 h\u00f8ring i 2011. Dette uten at det hadde v\u00e6rt avholdt \u00e5pne m\u00f8ter der grunneiere,organisasjoner og andre interesserte kunne komme med innspill\/ stille sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l. Det har kun v\u00e6rt avholdt et m\u00f8te i senere tid. Behovet for n\u00e6rhet til E18 og jernbane og lokale industriomr\u00e5der kan ogs\u00e5 her ivaretas. Finnes det alternativer i andre kommuner?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>4:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span><span style=\"color:#000000\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Planen blir utredet som ett alternativ.
