Programmet vil naturlig nok ha fokus på særlig relevante utfordringer ved Hardangerfjorden i år. I tillegg vil vi drøfte framtidig strategi for Naturvernforbundet. Så her er det muligheter for å medvirke på både operativt og overordna nivå.

Praktisk på Naturvernhelga 2024

Egenandel

Blir du med, betaler du en egenandel på 500 kr. Resten av kostnadene dekkes av Naturvernforbundet Hordaland. Dette inkluderer 3 måltider pr døgn, samt overnatting i flersengsrom.

Egenandelen er kraftig subsidiert, og vil være den samme selv om du bare overnatter en natt eller hopper over enkelte måltider.

Men dersom du kun ønsker å være med på det faglige programmet (m/lunsj), settes egenandelen til 100 kr pr dag. (Dersom dette er aktuelt for deg, bruker du det samme påmeldingsskjemaet, men skriver inn at du kun ønsker å delta på det faglige programmet m/lunsj.)

Overnatting

Overnatting baseres på flersengsrom (2-4 senger pr rom; dei fleste har 3 senger). Dersom du vet hvem du vil dele rom med, eller har spesielle behov, kan du skrive dette inn i «Andre merknader» i påmeldingsskjemaet, så vil vi ta hensyn til dette så langt mulig.

Allergier

Hardangerakademiet tar hensyn til allergier, men har ikke anledning til å tilpasse menyen etter øvrige ønsker eller preferanser.

Reise

Deltakerne er ellers ansvarlig for å ordne reise selv – men ta kontakt med administrasjonen dersom du har plass i bil eller ønsker å sitte på, så vil vi prøve å bistå.

We invite all members of Naturvernforbundet Hordaland to social and academic activities during out annual nature conservation weekend. This year it will be held April 26th-28th, at Hardangerakademiet in beautiful Jondal!

National leader of Naturvernforbundet, Truls Gulowsen, is coming with us to Jondal. You’ll also meet the board and administration of Naturvernforbundet Hordaland, our subject groups for farming, nature diversity, and climate/transportation, as well as representatives for the local chapters.

The program will, of course, focus on relevant challenges surrounding the Hardangerfjord this year. We will also discuss strategies for Naturvernforbundet going forward. So there’s opportunities here to influence both operative and superior levels of the organisation. (Note: all lectures/discussions will be in Norwegian)

Practical information

Deductible

If you join, you pay a deductible of 500 NOK. The rest of the cost is covered by Naturvernforbundet Hordaland. This includes three meals per day, and accommodations in a multi-bed room.

The deductible is heavily subsidised, and will be the same if you only sleep over one night or choose to skip meals.

If you only want to participate in the academic program (and lunch), the deductible is set at 100 NOK per day. If this is relevant for you, use the same sign up sheet, but write in that you only wish to participate in the academic program and lunch.

Accommodations

Accommodations are based on multi-bed rooms (2-4 beds per room, most rooms have 3 beds). If you know who you want to share a room with, you can write this in the field “Andre kommentarer” in the sign up sheet, and we will take this into account as much as possible.

Allergies

Hardangerakademiet accommodates allergies, but does not have the ability to change the menu for other wishes or preferences.

Travel

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel – but contact administration if you have room in a car or want to ride with someone, and we will try to assist.
